Nick's prior place of work was for a small animation studio in Seattle, Rachel Price Productions, where he worked as an Animation Assistant.
Background
Growing up in the sleepy little town of Olympia Washington Nick started his artistic pursuit before he could even talk. Nick grew up learning about nature from his father and art from his mother. Nick found that making art was what others loved him the most for and what made him happiest. So by the time Nick was in high school he was working on animations on his lunch breaks, making elaborate art on the whiteboards before classes in the morning, and networking with local artists. Graduating high school with a short mixed media animation as his final project Nick went off to enroll in art school at Cornish College of The Arts and take an internship with a local animation studio which would turn into a full independent contract job. Nick continued his education at different colleges to round him out as a person. Gaining technical software and video editing skills at Cornish, animation and illustration skills at DigiPen, and team project and storytelling skills at Evergreen. Nick's mediums include: Graffiti, Digital and traditional illustration, animation including traditional, stop motion, digital, and mixed media.
